Penn's View Hotel

Penn's View Hotel, set within a beautifully preserved 1828 building in Philadelphia's historic district, offers guests access to a communal electric sauna as part of its on-site fitness center. The sauna is publicly accessible, making it a welcoming option for hotel guests looking to wind down after a day of exploring the city. No treatment booking is required — simply head to the fitness center and enjoy a straightforward, restorative sauna session. Beyond the sauna, Penn's View Hotel provides a well-rounded stay with a full restaurant, a bar and lounge, and attentive 24-hour front desk service. The fitness center serves as a quiet escape from the energy of Old City, and guests are encouraged to follow a simple wellness rhythm: warm up in the sauna, cool down with a shower, then rest before returning for another round. The hotel's intimate character — spread across three historic buildings — adds a sense of place that larger properties rarely match. For those seeking a moment to recharge in the heart of Philadelphia, Penn's View Hotel delivers a grounded and genuine wellness experience. Its blend of historic charm, riverside location, and accessible sauna facilities makes it a memorable base in one of America's most storied cities.
