Welcome to GoToSauna. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Using GoToSauna
GoToSauna is a platform that connects sauna enthusiasts with sauna operators. We do not own or operate the saunas listed on the site. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
2. Bookings
When you book a sauna, you enter into a direct contract with the host. GoToSauna facilitates the booking and payment but is not a party to the agreement between you and the host.
3. Payments and fees
GoToSauna charges a service fee on each booking. This fee is shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation policies vary by listing. Check the listing details before booking. Refunds are issued according to the policy in effect at the time of booking.
5. Host responsibilities
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality of their service, and compliance with local regulations. Hosts must respond to booking requests in a timely manner.
6. Prohibited uses
You may not post false or misleading listings, harass other users, use the platform for illegal activities, or attempt to bypass our fees.
7. Intellectual property
All content on GoToSauna, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GoToSauna or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without permission.
8. Liability
GoToSauna is provided "as is". We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the platform or from interactions with hosts or guests. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the last 12 months.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes. Continued use of GoToSauna means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
