North of North Wilderness Resort is a BWCA-gateway cabin resort on Birch Lake in Superior National Forest, 10 miles south of Ely.
Every cabin comes with its own private barrel sauna on a panoramic deck overlooking the lake. Barrel sauna doors are widened for full ADA accessibility. Fire pits, screened porches, and BBQ grills per cabin. BWCA canoe and kayak outfitter on-site. Deep wilderness setting with no public boat access on the lake.
