About
Kenai Fjords Glacier Lodge is one of Alaska's most remote and spectacular lodges, set on a glacial lagoon within Kenai Fjords National Park — accessible only by floatplane from Seward. The park contains over 40 glaciers flowing from the Harding Icefield, one of the largest icefields in the United States, and the lodge's position offers front-row views of calving glaciers and abundant wildlife: black bears, sea otters, puffins, and orca whales are routine sightings. The wood-fired sauna sits at the water's edge, with cold lagoon plunging available at the dock. Naturalist guides lead kayak expeditions among icebergs and interpret the ecology of this rapidly changing wilderness. All-inclusive packages include floatplane transfer, meals, guided activities, and use of the sauna.
