About the Hotel
Fearrington House is a singular American hospitality creation — a Relais & Châteaux inn at the center of Fearrington Village, a carefully designed English country village constructed from scratch on a working North Carolina farm between Chapel Hill and Pittsboro. The village has its own shops, restaurants, gardens, and post office; the inn's rooms are distributed through the converted farmhouse and new buildings in a style that borrows from the English Cotswolds while remaining distinctly Southern. The spa includes Finnish sauna, steam, and a hydrotherapy circuit. The Fearrington House Restaurant has held Michelin recognition and is one of the most acclaimed dining destinations in the Triangle region. The property's resident Belted Galloway cattle — black and white banded, unlike any other breed — have become an unexpected symbol of the place.
