Shore Lodge

Shore Lodge sits on the edge of Payette Lake in McCall, a small Idaho mountain town in the Payette National Forest where the Salmon River Mountains provide a dramatic year-round backdrop. This is authentic Idaho wilderness — not a resort manufactured for tourism, but a community that has always lived between the lake and the forest. The wood-fired lakeside sauna is the anchor of the wellness experience, with cold Payette Lake plunges a natural complement to the heat. The lodge's spa building adds Finnish-style steam and soaking pools with lake views. In winter, Brundage Mountain ski resort is 8 miles away, snowmobile trails cross the surrounding national forest, and the lake freezes hard enough for ice fishing. The lodge is consistently ranked among the Pacific Northwest's finest small mountain resorts.
