House of Architects stands on Poststrasse at the heart of Vals village, 1,252 metres up in the Valser Tal, Graubünden — a destination that acquired global architectural significance when Peter Zumthor completed his Pritzker Prize-winning Therme Vals bathhouse of locally quarried grey quartzite.
