Vila Foz Hotel & SPA

Vila Foz Hotel & SPA offers a soothing steam sauna experience within its elegant spa facilities on Porto's Atlantic coastline. The steam sauna is open to guests on a communal, public-access basis, providing a warm and restorative retreat that complements the hotel's broader wellness offering. Its coastal setting lends a naturally calming atmosphere to every sauna session. Beyond the sauna itself, Vila Foz Hotel & SPA invites guests to embrace a full wellness journey — easing into the enveloping heat of the steam sauna, followed by a cool-down and a period of quiet rest before returning for another round. The spa sits within a refined boutique property that also features two restaurants, two bars, and a nearby beach, making it easy to extend the relaxation long after your sauna visit concludes. Guests can enquire about public access and session availability directly with the concierge team. Vila Foz Hotel & SPA is a compelling choice for those looking to unwind, restore, and reconnect in Porto. The combination of Atlantic sea air, elegant surroundings, and a genuine steam sauna ritual makes this one of the city's most quietly indulgent wellness escapes.
