Sheraton Porto Hotel & Spa

Sheraton Porto Hotel & Spa features a steam sauna available to guests on a public access basis, offering a genuine opportunity to slow down and restore after time spent in the city. The steam sauna forms part of the hotel's wider spa facilities, which are fully wheelchair accessible, making wellness here both inclusive and welcoming. The broader spa and fitness offering at Sheraton Porto Hotel & Spa provides a well-rounded wellness environment suited to both leisure and business travellers. The recommended approach is straightforward: begin a sauna session to open up and unwind, then cool down and rest before returning for another round of steam. Beyond the sauna, the hotel also features a wheelchair-accessible pool, a fitness centre, and yoga classes — giving guests a varied menu of ways to recharge. With restaurants, a bar, and 24-hour room service also on site, recovery and comfort go hand in hand. Sheraton Porto Hotel & Spa is a reliable anchor for wellness-minded travellers visiting Porto. Whether you are here for business or to explore the city's riverside streets and historic quarters, the steam sauna offers a grounding ritual to return to each evening.
