Thon Hotel Opera

Thon Hotel Opera sits in Bjørvika right next to the Norwegian National Opera & Ballet, and it offers a sauna and fitness center inside the hotel. The 4-star, 434-room property is steps from Oslo Central Station, the MUNCH museum, and the Deichman library — you can have your sauna round and still be at the opera in minutes. The sauna at Thon Hotel Opera is electric and straightforward, designed as a practical daily amenity rather than a destination spa. Paired with the hotel's fitness center and fitness classes, it covers the basics for a business traveler or tourist who wants to include a quick sauna in a busy Oslo schedule. Free access is included in your stay. Thon Hotel Opera is the Oslo pick for travelers who want a reliable, central sauna next to Oslo's most visited cultural landmarks — no frills, just a clean, hot room at the end of a long Oslo day.
