About the Hotel
Capri Inn sits right on the waterfront at Via Marina Grande 222, the busy harbour from which boats arrive from Naples and Sorrento and ferries depart for the mainland. The inn sits on the beach itself, giving guests direct access to the pebble shore and the clear Tyrrhenian waters, and the continental breakfast each morning draws on the island's locally grown produce.
From the marina it is a short funicular or taxi ride up to the Piazzetta — Capri's famously small main square — and from there to Villa Jovis, the ruined palace of the Emperor Tiberius perched on the island's eastern headland. The Blue Grotto (Grotta Azzurra) is reached by boat from the marina, while the Faraglioni sea stacks, the Gardens of Augustus, and the cable car to Anacapri and Monte Solaro round out the island's highlights. The inn has a terrace and holds sustainability standards including locally sourced food, no single-use plastics, and vegetarian options.
