About the Hotel
Amalfi Resort opened in 2010 on Via M. del Giudice, positioned above the town of Amalfi with a seasonal outdoor pool, terraced garden, and views across the coastline and the Lattari mountains. The pool terrace with sun loungers and a snack bar is the natural gathering point during the Campanian summer.
Amalfi itself is one of the jewels of the UNESCO-listed coastline. The 9th-century Duomo di Sant'Andrea, with its striped Arab-Norman facade and the Cloister of Paradise (Chiostro del Paradiso) alongside it, dominates the main piazza a short walk below. The Paper Museum in the Valle dei Mulini (Valley of the Mills) traces the town's medieval paper-making tradition, and the Marina Grande offers boat tours toward Positano and Ravello. Limoncello distilleries line the steep lanes, and tour and ticket assistance is available at the resort for coastal excursions.
