Academias Hotel, Autograph Collection

Academias Hotel, Autograph Collection brings a focused and welcoming sauna experience to the heart of Athens. The electrically heated Finnish-style sauna is open to all guests on a public, communal access basis — no treatment booking required. Clean lines, consistent heat, and a straightforward wellness offering make this a satisfying retreat after a full day in the city. The sauna sits within a wider spa and fitness environment that is fully wheelchair accessible, reflecting the hotel's thoughtful attention to inclusive design throughout. Guests are encouraged to follow a simple but effective wellness rhythm: settle into the sauna's steady dry heat, cool down with a refreshing shower, and then rest before returning for another round. The broader property also includes two restaurants, two bars, and attentive 24-hour service — so recovery and relaxation extend well beyond the sauna itself. No advance booking is needed to use the sauna, making it easy to fit a session into any schedule. Academias Hotel, Autograph Collection is an ideal base for unwinding after exploring Athens' storied streets and ancient landmarks. Whether you seek a morning ritual or an evening reset, the sauna here offers a quiet, restorative pause in one of Europe's most vibrant cities.
