About the Hotel
Hotel Reza stands in a quiet residential street of Františkovy Lázně, the westernmost spa town in the Czech Republic and a UNESCO Great Spa Town of Europe since 2021. Founded in 1793 by Emperor Franz II — Franzensbad in German — the town's Empire-style architecture, 24 mineral springs and peat-mud balneology traditions have drawn European visitors for more than two centuries. Goethe visited in 1808 and 1812, and the town remains particularly celebrated for its gynaecological spa programmes.
The hotel features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, full-service spa with massage rooms, plus a golf course on site and restaurant, bar and free breakfast. A terrace, garden and library create a relaxed atmosphere for longer spa stays. Cheb's medieval old town is 6 km away; Karlovy Vary is reachable within 40 minutes on the road east.
