Holiday Club Åre

Holiday Club Åre is a large four-star family hotel and resort in central Åre with one of Sweden's most comprehensive wellness offerings. The property looks out over Lake Åresjön and the Åreskuten mountain, and the headline features are the resort's enormous pool complex and the Sauna World concept. Sauna World runs no fewer than six different saunas at varying temperatures and traditions, plus a steam bath — one of Scandinavia's most extensive sauna offerings inside a single hotel. The pool complex adds eight indoor and outdoor pools, the spa has 16 treatment rooms covering massage, body work, and facials, and a modern fitness studio rounds out the wellness side. The room mix includes exclusive Sauna Suites with private saunas in the room — useful for guests who want a personal sauna alongside the public Sauna World. Three restaurants with live entertainment, a sports bar with bowling, ski lockers, and direct access to the Åre slopes complete the offering. A strong pick for families, friend groups, and serious wellness travelers.
